What we believe

A commercial landscape is a promise to the people who use it. Tenants, customers, patients and residents expect grounds that are safe, clean and cared for every day, and the managers and boards who answer for those grounds need a contractor who treats the job the same way. That means showing up when scheduled, doing the work the scope describes, telling you early when something changes and keeping records you can forward. Vague scopes, missed visits and surprise invoices are the things that cost managers their weekends, and they are not how we work.

We are part of Music City Builder Group, a family of Nashville-area property and building services. That gives us a close view of how communities, offices and shopping centers are built, managed and rebuilt, from new subdivisions with young landscapes to older campuses with aging trees and irrigation, and from volunteer HOA boards to professional management companies. We focus entirely on commercial, HOA and community properties, so everything from our equipment to our reporting is built for them.

What we do

• HOA and community services: maintenance, common areas, entrances, ponds, irrigation, trees, trails, amenities, transitions and board proposals
• Grounds maintenance: mowing, weed and turf programs, aeration, mulching, pruning, cleanups, leaf removal, golf and athletic turf
• Design, planting and renovation: commercial design, new construction, entrances, parking islands, seasonal color, natives, screening, sod, turf and lighting
• Hardscape and amenities: plazas, walkways, retaining walls, seating, pergolas, dog parks, fencing and repairs
• Water, trees, snow and planning: irrigation, drainage, ponds, tree care, storm response, snow and ice, audits, bid support and reporting

How we work

Every program starts with a free site walk. We measure turf and beds, note trees, ponds, irrigation, drainage and hardscape and ask what has and has not worked. You receive an itemized proposal that lists each area and task, how often it happens, seasonal services and options, so you can compare it with any other bid. After the start, visits are logged, issues are reported and a quarterly review keeps the scope matched to the property.
