Commercial Leaf Removal
Fast, repeat leaf removal for large lots, lawns, beds and drains, so fall does not bury turf, walks or storm inlets.
Fall in Middle Tennessee is beautiful and relentless. A single large oak can drop leaves for weeks, and a commercial property with dozens of trees can look buried within days. Leaves matted on turf smother grass and invite disease, leaves on walks and in entrances are a slip hazard, and leaves packed into storm inlets and parking lot drains cause ponding and flooding after heavy rain. A single cleanup in early November rarely solves the problem, because trees do not all drop on the same schedule.
We plan leaf removal as a series of passes that follow the drop. Crews blow leaves from lawns, beds, walks and parking areas and collect them by vacuum or tarp and truck, depending on the volume and the property. We pay particular attention to storm drains, entrances, ADA routes and curb lines, and we can mulch some leaves into the turf where that is better for the lawn. Final passes after the last leaves fall leave the property clean going into winter, with a record of each visit for the manager.
Passes that follow the drop
Multiple visits match how trees drop leaves, so the property stays clean.
Safety zones first
Entrances, ramps, walks and drains are cleared first to reduce slip and flood risks.
Collected or mulched
Leaves are hauled away or mulched into turf where it benefits the lawn.
Drains and curbs
Inlets and curb lines are cleared so water can leave the property.

Leaf Removal FAQ
How many leaf visits do we need?
Most properties need three to six passes in fall, depending on tree cover.
Can you start before the leaves are down?
Yes. Early passes keep walks and drains clear while the heavy drop is still coming.
Do you handle storm drains?
We clear leaves from inlets and curbs on the property. Drain repairs are separate.
Where do the leaves go?
We haul them to an appropriate disposal or composting site.
Is leaf removal priced per visit?
It can be per visit or part of a fixed seasonal plan, whichever suits the manager.
