Lot Clearing and Brush Removal
Clearing of overgrown lots, fence lines, easements and wooded edges with mulching, hauling and finish grading for development and upkeep.
Overgrown land is a problem and an opportunity. For a developer, a cleared lot is the first step toward construction. For an HOA, a business or a property manager, it may be a neglected corner, a fence line swallowed by privet, an easement choked with brush or a wooded edge that has crept toward buildings and parking. Brush and invasive plants harbor pests, hide dumping, block sightlines and create fire and safety concerns. In the Nashville area, fast-growing invasives such as honeysuckle, privet and kudzu can take over a property in a few seasons.
We clear lots and brush with the right machine for the job. Forestry mulchers turn brush and small trees into mulch on site, skid steers and trailers haul material and chippers handle limbs. We protect trees that should stay, preserve buffers where required, and treat or remove invasive species so they do not return. For development, we clear to the limits shown on the plan and coordinate with erosion control. For maintenance, we set up periodic clearing so the area stays open. We leave a clean, graded surface and, where useful, seed or stabilize bare ground.
