Holiday and Seasonal Decor Installation
Wreaths, garland, tree wraps and string lights for entrances, trees and storefronts, designed, installed, maintained and removed on schedule.
The holidays are a major season for commercial properties. Retail centers compete for shoppers, hotels and restaurants host gatherings, offices welcome clients and communities want a festive welcome for residents. Decor that looks good, stays lit and comes down on time is a strong signal that the property is managed well, but handling it in-house is a headache. Ladders, extension cords, burned-out strands and storage space all add up, and a half-lit display in mid-December looks worse than none. In Nashville, where December weather swings from mild to freezing, durable commercial-grade materials make the difference.
We design, install, maintain and remove seasonal displays. A site visit measures trees, rooflines, entrances and planters, then we propose a layout using commercial-grade lights, wreaths, garland, bows and wraps. Installation is timed for the season, strands are tested, power and timers are set and we visit to replace failed lights during the display period. After the season, everything is removed, cleaned and stored or hauled. Because we are already on the grounds, decor can be bundled into a maintenance program, and the same crews handle placement so there is no extra coordination.
