HOA Greenway and Trail Maintenance
Care for neighborhood trails and greenbelts: edge mowing, trimming, debris removal, surface touch-ups and clear sightlines for safe walking.
Walking trails and greenways are among the most valued amenities in a modern community, and among the easiest to neglect. Paths get narrower as turf and brush creep in, low branches reach into the walking zone and fallen limbs, leaves and washed-in gravel build up after storms. In Middle Tennessee, fast summer growth means a trail that looks fine in June can feel overgrown by August. A neglected trail is more than an eyesore, because it raises trip risks and discourages the very use that made it an amenity.
We keep trails open and inviting with planned edge mowing, string trimming, overhead pruning to maintain clearance, removal of debris and a watchful eye on washouts and surface damage. Where the grade carries water onto a path, we flag drainage fixes and can install small solutions such as swales or edge stabilization. Greenbelt meadows and buffer strips are managed on their own schedule, with mowing heights and timing that keep them tidy while protecting the natural character residents enjoy.

Greenways and Trails FAQ
Do you resurface trails?
We handle edges, clearing and minor touch-ups. Major paving or resurfacing is scoped separately with the right trades.
How often are trail edges cut?
In the growing season most trails need edge work every two to four weeks.
Can you manage meadow areas?
Yes. We set mowing heights and timing so meadow and buffer areas stay neat and healthy.
What about trees leaning over the path?
We prune for clearance and flag any trees that need a closer hazard review.
Will you report damage?
Yes. We note washouts, trip hazards and drainage issues and send them to the manager.
