Storm Damage Cleanup and Emergency Response
Fast response after wind, ice and flood events: fallen trees and limbs cleared, access restored and the property made safe.
Storms do not wait for a convenient time. A line of thunderstorms, an ice event or a tornado warning can leave a commercial property with trees across drives, limbs on roofs, debris in parking lots and entrances blocked just when tenants and customers need access. Middle Tennessee’s severe weather season, from spring storms to winter ice, hits communities, campuses and shopping centers regularly. The first goal after a storm is safety, then access, then restoration, and each hour of delay raises cost and risk.
We offer storm response for commercial and community clients, starting with a safety assessment of hazards such as hanging limbs, leaning trees and downed lines. Crews clear driveways, fire lanes and entrances first, cut and remove fallen trees and limbs, chip or haul debris and make unsafe trees and limbs safe. When utilities are involved, we wait for the utility to clear lines before working near them. We document damage with photos for insurance and follow up with restoration, such as replanting, regrading and turf repair. Clients on a planned maintenance program get priority scheduling.
