Commercial Tree Removal and Stump Grinding
Safe removal of dead, leaning or conflicting trees with crane and rigging options, followed by stump grinding and site restoration.
Some trees must come down. They may be dead, diseased, storm-damaged, leaning toward a building or too close to a foundation, and sometimes new construction or a redesign makes them impossible to keep. On commercial sites, removal is not a simple chainsaw job. Trees stand over cars, roofs, walkways and utilities, access can be tight and the work often has to happen around operating businesses. A mistake can damage property or injure someone, so planning and the right equipment matter. In Nashville, large oaks and maples need careful rigging and sometimes a crane.
We plan removals around the site. That includes assessing the tree, protecting targets such as cars, buildings and landscaping, setting traffic control and choosing between climbing, a bucket truck, a crane or a combination. Large trees are taken down in sections, with lowering ropes to control each piece. Wood is chipped, hauled or cut to lengths on request. Afterward we grind stumps below grade, backfill with soil, restore turf or mulch the area and leave the site clean. Where a replacement tree makes sense, we can plant one in a better location with room to grow.
