Commercial Weed Control
Pre-emergent and post-emergent weed programs for lawns, beds, parking lot edges and sidewalk joints, applied by trained crews on a seasonal calendar.
Weeds are the first sign a property is slipping. They show up in bed edges, between pavers, along curbs, in parking lot cracks and through thin turf, and once they go to seed they multiply every season. In the Nashville area, crabgrass and nutsedge thrive in summer, winter annuals appear in thin lawns and broadleaf weeds like clover and dandelion move in wherever the turf is weak. A scattered, reactive approach never catches up, while a calendar built around timing does.
We run weed control as a seasonal program. A pre-emergent barrier goes down in late winter before crabgrass germinates, with a second application where the budget allows. Post-emergent treatments target broadleaf and grassy weeds that break through, and bed and hardscape areas are treated separately with products suited to those surfaces. Commercial pesticide work requires the correct state certification, and applications follow label directions, weather limits and posting rules around people and pets. We also make the turf itself a weed fighter by pairing control with proper fertilizing and mowing height.

Weed Control FAQ
When is the best time for pre-emergent?
Late winter to early spring, before soil warms enough for crabgrass to germinate.
Is it safe around tenants and pets?
Products are applied by trained crews following label directions, and areas are posted or timed as required.
Can you control weeds in parking lot cracks?
Yes. We treat cracks, curbs and pavement edges, and we recommend crack sealing where that is the lasting fix.
How many visits does a program need?
Most properties need several visits from late winter through fall, depending on turf and weed pressure.
Do you handle bed weeds?
Yes. Beds are treated with products suited to ornamental plants and then mulched to hold the result.
