How we work, from the first call to the quarterly review.
Six plain steps with a free site walk, an itemized proposal and regular reviews. You always know what we are doing, why and what it should mean for your property.
Step 1Call and schedule
You tell us about the property and what you need: a new maintenance program, a contractor change, a renovation or a one-time project. We ask a few questions, listen and set a walk that fits your day.
Step 2Walk and measure
We walk the grounds with the manager, owner or a board member, measure turf and beds and note trees, ponds, irrigation, drainage and hardscape. We photograph conditions and ask what has and has not worked.
Step 3Proposal and options
You receive an itemized written proposal with areas, tasks, frequencies, seasonal services and options. It is written for a board or ownership group to review, and we can present it and answer questions.
Step 4Onboarding
We document starting conditions with photos, map the property, set the schedule and contacts and complete any catch-up work in the first month, with irrigation started and access arranged.
Step 5Service and projects
Crews follow the schedule, projects are phased around your operations and visits are logged. Issues are reported as we find them, and extras are priced before work begins.
Step 6Review and plan ahead
We review results with you each quarter, adjust the scope as the property changes and plan seasonal work and reserve projects for the year ahead.
Before you start.
Is the proposal really free?
Yes. The site walk and the written proposal are free and come with no obligation. You approve a written scope and price before any work begins.
What areas do you serve?
Nashville and communities across Middle Tennessee, including Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet and more. See the service areas page for the full list.
Who do you work for?
We work only on commercial and community properties: HOAs, apartment communities, offices, retail centers, medical campuses, schools, churches, hotels, industrial parks and public spaces.
What services do you offer?
Grounds maintenance, HOA programs, landscape design and renovation, hardscape and amenities, irrigation and drainage, trees, snow and seasonal work, and proposals and audits.
Is pricing fixed or per visit?
Either. Many managers prefer a fixed monthly amount with extras priced separately, and we are happy to itemize any way that helps your board.
How do I compare bids?
Ask every bidder to price the same written scope. Our scope checklist and bid scorecard help you compare areas, frequencies, extras and communication.
Do you provide records?
Yes. Visit logs, photos and monthly summaries are available so managers can show boards and owners what was done.
Ready for grounds your board will be proud of?
Call us and we will walk your property and give you an itemized written proposal for maintenance, renovation or a one-time project.
